Service Description
This weekly handstand class focuses on building strength, alignment, and confidence in your inversion practice through progressive drills. Exercises are adaptable for wall-assisted or freestanding work, making the class accessible to a wide range of levels. You do not need to already have a handstand to participate, but a basic level of body awareness and comfort with going upside down is recommended. Mats are provided, and hands-on assists are offered with consent. I like to apply partner spotting techniques to help students familiarize themselves with inversions without the crutch of a wall, and for those who prefer not to use partner spotting, alternative drills and modifications are always provided to support effective solo practice. We may also take some time to play with other forms of inversion balances or hand balancing poses!
